Coffee Shop Saturdays

Chloe is in love with her shadow. I call it the Peter Pan Syndrome. Today at Starbucks Barrett made shapes with his hands and Chloe was mesmerized by the dancing figures. There is something magical about watching your child in wonderment over something you never think about. I wonder if that is something God loves in us when we get excited about watching the ocean waves or the first snow.

A Day at the Pool

Chloe LOVES water and being outside so what a better day than hanging out at the pool. Between Daddy and Grandaddy Bill throwing her down the slide, it was a perfect afternoon.

Great Weekend

The first week of summer has been a blast. We set up the new kiddie pool, my parents came to visit, and we spent some quality time together. What more could you ask for? Chloe loves being outside so Maw Maw Ann and Grandaddy Bill had a blast at the pool.

First steps of Chloe's Big Girl Room

We painted the walls a minty green and the accent wall diamonds jade. Barrett took the day and painted, measured, and taped; I'm a lucky girl. Chloe came in at the end of the day and was so excited! Next step: murals.
