Mother's Day 2013

Having children is one of God's greatest blessings. And though there are times when you wonder whether you will ever sleep again or you forget whether or not you took a shower...in the last few days, the laughter, smiles, hugs, and kisses make it all worth while.

Chloe is a 2 1/2 year old walking personality. She's never met a stranger and I admire the ease in which she communicates and reveals her feelings. Her mind is so creative from the way she plays to the way she makes up songs. I could quote her quirky sayings all day long.

Reef is so chill. Rarely does he actually cry and he is usually simple to console. He is happy by himself or with others and he loves LOVES Chloe. He laughs at her and talks to her. When she walks in the room, his eyes are on her. Reef is just sweet, never complains, and likes to be.

Thank you God for my precious children. May they always be in Your care and find Your loving embrace.

Easter Egg Hunt

Today was Mt Carmel's Easter Egg Hunt and it was awesome! Chloe is an egg finder champ and Reef was his normal happy chill self. We are so blessed to have such a sweet family, together and church!

Oh how they grow

This last month has been full of milestones. Chloe speaks so well, counts to 10, says her ABCs, sings songs, and memorizes prayers and movies. She loves Mickey Mouse, princesses, and tinkerbell. She also has a phenomenal imagination.
Reef is super smiley and sweet. He is going through sleep regression but he got sick for the first time and we suspect he is teething. He is also making noises and singing now along with spending time in his exersaucer. We are so blessed.

Holiday

It's our first day off and we are having a blast! We had a tickle fest, dress up like a princess, dance party, and made hay stacks...and it's only 11:30 :)

Will's Wedding

I can't believe that my brother is married. We are so proud of this new commitment and adventure in Will and Brittany's lives. Enjoy the pics! It was a great wedding.

I got a girly girl after all

Chloe is showing her girly side now and loves dress up from head to toe. She wears heels! I don't even do that! Check out our little princess.

7 Weeks and a Toddler

Has it really been almost a month? It is true what they say. The second child really makes time fly. Reef is an awesome baby and has lived up to his chill name. He smiles, eats, sleeps, and poops. The kid is not hard. Chloe is starting to warm up to him. She says "look at baby Reef" and then laughs..yeah he may already have a complex. She also says "baby Reef makinin a noises" and no that isn't a typo. She adds a little something extra to her words. Oh Chloe :)
